Pam's New Look

Pamela Anderson (41) best known for her breast augmentations debuted a new look in Miami this past weekend. The mother of two looks a lot more refreshed without the tremendous amount of make-up she usually cakes on her face. Although she does look different I doubt she has gotten anything new done to her face. She is definitely wearing a strawberry blonde wig which deviates from her usual platinum blonde tresses. It also looks like she may have gotten a filler to plump up her lips.

AnnaLynne: the new Anna Nicole?

90210 star, AnnaLynne McCord may have previously played a plastic surgery addict in the drama series Nip/Tuck, but we�re not convinced she�s had much done in real life. Her flawless complexion and gorgeous bone structure have led some to suspect she�s gone under the knife. However, one thing experts have noticed are her unnaturally full lips. According to Dr. Paul S. Nassif, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surgery, �AnnaLynne has absolutely had her lips done. They are over-inflated.� This 21-year old actress has followed in the footsteps of many young and beautiful celebrities in deciding to enhance her appearance with injectibles, we just hope she doesn�t overdo it.

Smokey Robinson...Not so "smokin"

So this week on American Idol the top 10 attempted their best renditions of Motown's greatest hits. The guest artist this week was none other than music legend, Smokey Robinson. Of course the Idols were almost spellbound in his presence and like weeks before had the opportunity to work with him one-on-one. Mr. Robinson seemed genuinely glad to be there and offered encouraging words to the Idol hopefuls. As I watched him throughout the show I kept thinking to myself...how old is this man?? I mean when he spoke about many of his colleagues from back in the day, it was mainly in past tense. He is no spring chicken, but his face is abnormally youthful. It is apparent that he has had a facial tune up. It is rumored that he has undergone a face lift, brow lift, a possible rhinoplasty, laser treatments, and injections. I am all for keeping things young looking for as long as possible, but he had that "surprised" look to his face that never went away. I just wish it wasn't so tight looking. Despite all of his "freshening" up attempts he still sings as if a year has not passed. His voice is truly amazing and it is obvious what an amazing gift he possesses!!

"Grand Theft Mammo" woman surrenders

A California woman was caught opening a fraudulent line of credit in order to pay for $12,000 worth of plastic surgery. As of Tuesday afternoon, Yvonne Jean Pampellonne, 30, gave herself in to authorities in Huntington Beach, California. Yvonne was wanted on charges of commercial burglary, grand theft and identity theft. According to Reuters.com " The Orange County Register newspaper reported that Pampellonne -- who had attracted sensational coverage as the so-called "Boob-Job Bandit" in the local media -- was caught by police detectives using breast implant tracking numbers. She arranged her surrender through an attorney and has since been released on $20,000 bail with orders to face an arraignment on the charges on May 27." Pampellonne had opened a line of credit in someone else's name, as well as used a fake identity and false medical history in order to get breast implants and liposuction performed on her at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in Huntington Beach, California. I'm aware that many women these days are interested in breast augmentation, but to go to such lengths of stealing someone's identity for implants is unbelievable!

TomKat's $43,000 Makeover

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reportedly spent over $40,000 on their new looks. This photo, taken at the Japanese premiere of Tom's film 'Valkyrie', shows Katie's new long locks. Apparently her hair extensions, which she hasn't been seen wearing since the premiere, took 48 hours to do. She camped out at Tokyo's Ritz-Carlton with her team of beauty experts for 2 days receiving spa treatments before the premiere. Reporters are speculating she may have received tooth veneers, perhaps some fillers and Botox and premium make-up.

Jenny Loves Botox!

Funny gal and former playmate Jenny McCarthy (36) has openly admitted to using and loving Botox, the popular injectable for facial lines around the eyes and forehead. According to Make Me Heal news, Jenny has been quoted as saying "I love Botox, I absolutely love it...I get it minimally, so I can still move my face. But I really do think it�s a savior�. I think Jenny looks absolutely beautiful and by the look of her face she does Botox moderately and does not look overdone. She still has facial expression and her skin is smooth. She may also have had skin treatments like facials and peels.
Jenny is no stranger to plastic surgery as she is rumored to have had breast augmentation.

Pure Glamour at the Metropolitan Opera's 125th Season Gala

Last Sunday the Metropolitan Opera in NYC celebrated its 125th Season with an evening of beautiful singing and a red carpet Hollywood would envy. It is one of the few times where a red carpet has such a diverse mix. There was the standard "NYC Social Crowd" and this year many of the most acclaimed TV and movie stars attended. When there are this many fascinating people in one area you are assured to have an amazing red carpet. There were two stars that stuck out to me when I browsed over the red carpet pictures. The first is Taylor Momsen, one of the break out star from the teen favorite "Gossip Girl". It is amazing to look at these pictures and comprehend she is ONLY 15!!! There have been rumors that the star has gone under the knife with a possible Rhinoplasty, and possibly botox. I find that very hard to believe and just chalk it up to great genes and that wonderful thing we all call youth!! She wore a beautiful crimson Marchesa gown that was fitting for the event. Many ridiculed the star that the look was too "old" for her. I think she pulled it off beautifully and really looked confident in the garment. The other person that stood out to me was the ever beautiful Christy Brinkley. It is astonishing that as she gets older she looks younger and younger. Over the years there has been speculation upon speculation that the supermodel has had multiple procedures including face life, breast augmentation, and possible injectables. Ms. Brinkley has denied going under the knife saying, "I once watched a face lift on TV and knew I could never do it." All I know is it looks like she has found the fountain of youth. She looked stunning in her black figure hugging gown. I must say everyone looked fabulous....it was hard to pick just two to talk about!!
