I made these for a christmas party over the weekend. First I made fudge, red velvet cupcakes and cream cheese icing:
I crushed up mint ghurardellis and sprinkled on top of the fudge:
I bought mason jars (available and cheap at stores like target or walmart) and layered the cupcakes, icing and fudge inside:
Then I decorated the jars with ribbons and mini ornaments.
Sorry about the frosted glass in the pictures. I shouldn't have photographed them right after I took them out of the fridge.
