EWP Gift Guide 2011: For The Green Thumb
I saw this and thought it was so adorable. My tiny little area of yard that's green and unpaved (it's seriously, oh, maybe 3.5x10) doesn't call for all this gadgetry, but someone you know might have a yard that does!

EWP Gift Guide: Cooking Lessons
I'm too tired to say clever things today. But let's just say that cooking classes are AWESOME. Love them. Great for a girls night. Great for someone trying to figure out the basics. Great for someone who wants to learn something fancy. And great to take a girlfriend as a fun date night.
For those in Chicago, I highly recommend the Chopping Block. For those in other places, I have no idea, but google it, you'll find something.

Stay Tuned For EWP's Own Fashion Line
I took my very first sewing class last night and am now ready to start my own clothing line.
Totally just kidding. Not about learning to sew, but definitely about starting a line.
As a lover of clothing, I've always wanted to learn how to sew. I started on my way last night with a class The Needle Shop in Bucktown and made a pillow. Yes, very fancy, I know. Next up: totes! Maybe I'll have to start featuring my own totes on here. Watch out, Tory Burch :)
And while I always wanted to make something I'd wear, I'd really just settle for being able to hem my own pants. I think it's time to buy my own sewing machine. Though I'm not sure where on earth I would put it.
Visit Meet the Steffens if you want to see my finished pillow.
