Remember how just yesterdat I said I couldn't pull off rompers? Well, I apparently thought that meant I should immediately go out and buy one.
What the what???
Nope, nothing has changed. I'm still pretty sure I shouldn't be wearing one. But I just had to try it.
I went in search of a jumpsuit to try on and report back to all of you about, but apparently since it is almost summer and all, jumpsuits are all cleared out and only rompers exist in stores. And, in the name of science, I thought I'd try one on. I always tell people to try things on, so I decided to follow my own advice.
Only problem: I let the fake flattery of the sales lady get to me. I'm a sucker for a compliment. So I bought it.
What was I thinking?
I've tried it on for Mr. EWP, who hates jumpsuits and rompers, and this was his response: "Um... well, it's a romper..... Don't you think it's too short?"
Not exactly glowing praise. And, yes, I'm 28 years old and this is probably too short.
Experiment concluded: I definitely am not meant for rompers.
Oh, and it's totally annoying to have to take off all your clothes to go to the bathroom. And as someone who pees more than anyone she's ever met, this is definitely a bad bad clothing decision.
