Parisian jewelry house Cartier has launched a new perfume that will be available at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue this month, according to media reports. The white floral musk is priced from $75-$98 and is available for order at Neiman Marcus. The fragrance is housed in a blue bottle instead of its signature red. According to this report, it made more sense for this fragrance, because it
