11 romances that made me swoon, number 8

Number 8:
Definitely, Maybe- Will and April I might be a little biased on this one because Ryan Reynolds is in my top 5 celeb guys list and Isla Fisher might be my number one girl crush. Put them together and it's hard for me to not like the movie. But in addition to that, you have to love the she's-right-under-your-nose-why-can't-you-see-that-O-GOOD-now-you-see-it movies.

(SPOILERS)
The movie is done "How I Met Your Mother" style as single dad Will recounts his romantic life to his 10-year-old daughter without revealing which romance would end up being her mother. Throughout the stories, April is shown as a friend and a sounding board for all his ongoing romantic entanglements. Each time they realize they have feelings for each other, the timing is off.

In the end, April turns out to NOT be the mother, but Will's 10-year-old daughter convinces him to give it one more try with April years later. It's adorable.

Also, Ryan Reynolds is not hard to look at.

Boob Man Bachelor

Well it wouldn't be a season of the Bachelor without the girl that every girl in America loves to hate and this season's villain makes her predecessors look like sweethearts. Vienna has successfully alienated all the other contestants while managing to convince Jake that the negative portrayal of her by the other girls stems from nothing more than jealousy. Jake might want to pick up a copy of US Weekly this week to shed some light on the real Vienna. According to the magazine, Vienna not only cheated on her husband while he was serving in Iraq, but she drained his bank account of $5,000 to fund her breast implants. Can you think of anything more disrespectful? While her breasts do look great, they're had to have been a better way to purchase them...has she not heard of CareCredit?!

Now coincidentally (or maybe not) Monday night's episode of The Bachelor had Vienna on a "two on one" date with the other rumored surgically enhanced contestant, Gia. Gia, unlike Vienna, is very well liked by both Jake and the other girls in the house. She is absolutely gorgeous and according to US Weekly has had not one, but two breast surgeries. She is a swimsuit model by profession and while she might lack some of the personality the other girls have, she can rock a bikini like it's nobody's business! It's a shame that Jake seem way more interested in Vienna's silly antics than Gia's sweet personality and beauty.

If Monday night's episode and the US Weekly reports leave me with any take home messages here they are... We as women will truly never understand what attracts guys to certain girls and men love breasts. Beautiful breasts are probably the only thing that Gia and Vienna have in common and Jake, like the rest of them, is a "boob guy". Enjoy the views Jake but just remember if you propose you're marrying more than what's behind the bra!!

11 romances that made me swoon, number 9

Number 9:
the notebook Ok, I PROMISE to get a little less cliche in the rest of the countdown, but come on... how could I not put in Allie and Noah? It is completely impossible to not cry during this movie. It has gotten to the point that I always turn it off about 10 minutes before the end.

Me: "O she remembers him, o cool, the movie is over and they lived happily ever after..."

(Protest from whomever I'm watching it with)

Me: "NO the movie is OVER! That's how it ends! She remembers him! OMG DON'T TURN IT BACK ON! fine then, but I'm going in the other room."
Also, it sweetened the deal in my mind that they were a real life couple at the time: I'm a sucker for on screen turned real life couples.

11 romances that made me swoon, number 10

Number 10:
Barbie and KenI had to add them to the list because really, they were probably the first romance that I noticed in life (apart from grimacing when I saw my parents kiss.)
But I decided to not make them any higher on the list because in all honesty, when I was six I was less fixated on Barbie and Ken and more on just Barbie. Sorry, Ken. Get your own dream house and we'll talk.
