Also love... becoming a baking tornado this weekend. I made this lemon cream pie for my boyfriend's sister's birthday.
And I also made Cadbury egg-stuffed cupcakes for Easter. Unfortunately, they were all eaten by the time I remembered to take a picture. At least that means they were good!

At least that means they were good!UPDATE: I've had some questions about the cupcakes. I didn't follow any official recipe; I just made chocolate cake batter from the box and then dropped an egg into each cupcake cup. Then just bake normally and enjoy! I topped mine with whipped chocolate icing and a peep.
